| Summary: | Objective: Ischemic heart disease remains the leading cause of death. Not only strategies of health care providers but also population characteristics are also important to extend life expectancy in patients with cardiovascular disease. Thus clinical studies including national cohort of patients provide important insights into the real-life health care. We aimed to assess intra-hospital and long-term outcomes in patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).
