Summary:The impact of personal and competent approach onto effectiveness of health-forming and health-preserving technologies in higher educational institution conditions was demonstrated. The substance of personal and competent approaches was disclosed. 54 female students took part in the research, from them - 28 in experimental and 26 in control group. It was ascertained that personal oriented approach provide for change of teacher's role and technology of teaching within educational process. Competent approach enables to reorient the teaching technology from the process to the result of education. Educational process gains the active and creative nature by introduction of mentioned approaches.
