Summary: | The goal of my paper is to present the population of graduates of UBB, Satu Mare
Extension and the particularities of Regional Hungarian teacher education. I explore which factors
influence minority teacher education teacher (student)s’ institutional and educational choice and
career devotation. The interpretation frame is set by explaining factors of minority education, regional university and rate of returns. The sample of the research are the alumnus of Satu Mare Extension of UBB, method of research is survey. The results of the research are showing minority teachers are forming 5 categories: ethernal student, dedicated teacher, regional minority, model-following behavior and pragmatists.
