Description
Summary:Through the reading of “Rubén en Santiago”, one of the longest poems in El arte de narrar, this article analyses the complex relations that Saer establishes, both in his reflexion and his literature, between prose and verse, narrative and poems, novel and lyric poetry. The idea is to sketch a possible theory of genres and forms, and to consider the way in which Saer’s own works might be inserted within this theory.
