Summary:The paper discusses current issues for strengthening the strategic performance of all organizations, and provides insight into the importance of establishing a professional framework of competencies for managing the potential of employees. The role of managers in compiling performances in a way that suits their tasks, while continuously developing their teams, is examined. The author also considers the impact of the specifics of the work that the organization is engaged in on the establishment of the competence framework. The aim of this paper is to point out the importance of individual and collective knowledge in organizations, so that they adopt the fact that knowledge management is a strategic resource of every organization.
