[Method/process] In order to optimize the personal privacy protection policy of open government data websites and promote open data, this paper compared personal privacy protection policies of domestic and foreign government open data websites in terms of the policy framework, personal privacy collection, sharing and protection measures. [Result/conclusion] It points out that governments should formulate comprehensive laws on personal privacy protection, strengthen the government official quality training, reinforce the privacy usage supervision in the process of open government data and standardize external links and other measures to improve personal privacy protection policies of open government data websites. |
