Effects of conjugated linoleic acid and hypoxia on lipid metabolism of skeletal muscle in rats(共轭亚油酸和低氧对大鼠肌肉脂质代谢的影响)

以雄性SD大鼠为实验动物,研究共轭亚油酸(CLA)和低氧的结合对肌肉脂质代谢的影响.取大鼠血液和肌肉,测葡萄糖、甘油三酯、组织乳酸、肌糖原、游离脂肪酸、胰岛素、脂肪酸合酶(FAS)、脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)、激素敏感酯酶(HSL).结果显示:CLA对大鼠体重没有显著影响(P>0. 05),低氧降低大鼠体重(P<0. 01);CLA可以升高胰岛素(P<0.01),产生胰岛素抵抗,并升高游离脂肪酸(P<0.01);CLA显著升高HSL(P<0. 01),并降低LPL 和FAS(P<0. 01);低氧显著降低HSL和FAS(P<0. 01),并升高LPL(P&l...
