Summary:In the process of automatic control of high-pressure water jet cleaning equipment, there are two major problems,system response to real-time is poor and low reliability. In this paper, a special drive power structure is designed for the automatic control requirements of the device,which is considered from the perspective of DC drive power. Based on the structure of the conventional linear DC power supply,an improved buck converter is introduced . The simulation results show that the power supply has a faster output response and a higher power conversion efficiency,the output ripple is smaller. While the output voltage can be adjusted in real time.Which is improved the response to real-time and the reliability in a certain extent ,it can be better meet the jet cleaning equipment driver needs.
