Summary:The problem of professional burnout of teachers is considered taking into account new educational conditions. The authors pay attention to the interaction and mutual influence of the main participants in the pedagogical process - teachers, students and their parents, as well as the responsibility of each of them for improving educational results. The interdependence of the level of professional competencies of a teacher and the level of quality of education of a school organization is shown. The risks, causes and signs of emotional exhaustion of teachers are described. The results of a study of professional burnout of a teacher depending on work experience, age, conditions are presented.
