Summary:The article considers the school climate as a factor in improving the quality of education. The author’s definition of this phenomenon is given and a system of factors for improving the school climate in a modern educational organization is presented, including activity, material, technical and information components. The characteristic of their significance and content for the development of the school climate is given. The requirements for the successful implementation of this system and its dissemination in mass pedagogical practice are formulated.
