In accordance with the priorities of the long-term development of Russia there is a new and important direction of socialization of the economy, the statement of priority of social values, the combination of economic and social efficiency. In this context, social innovation plays a critical part in helping to raise the standard and quality of life. In this paper the author made an attempt to identify important current trends in the field of social innovation, including: emergence of a new class of entrepreneurs (social entrepreneurs), development of venture philanthropy, transition from a public-private partnership to public social private partnership, development of GR mechanism (government relations), etc. |
