| Summary: | Purpose. The article is devoted to today’s reality, the development of value orientation of students into the working profession. The subject of analysis are the organizational and pedagogical conditions, which are included in the organizational characteristics of the technology development value orientation of students into the working profession.
Methodology. The basis of the research constitute a theoretical (theoretical analysis and synthesis of the information contained in pedagogical, psychological, sociological literature on the research problem) and empirical (pedagogical observation, conversation, interviewing) methods of pedagogical research.
Results. The focus is on the structural component of the technology development value orientation of students into the working profession including teleplays, content and organizational characteristics. Describes in detail the characteristics of complex organizational and pedagogical conditions, organizational characteristics, which include:
– organization of the school (within the school) encourage and endorse the social space of labor activity;
– create communication of a comfortable environment that ensures the absorption of the ethical principles of interaction;
– promotion of working professions according to target groups (students, parents (legal representatives, teachers);
– collaboration with educational institutions the organs of state (municipal) authorities, business, media, educational institutions of professional education to improve the image of working professions;
– to build productive employment experience of each student in accordance with his abilities, opportunities and desire to take part in individual and group activities.
Practical implications. It is shown that the technology of development of value orientation of students into the working profession has the property of productivity, flexibility and repeatability, can be used in mass practice of educational institutions, primarily in the subjects of the Russian Federation with a primary industrial focus.
