Summary:The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between knowledge sharing and the tendency towards organizational innovation in Amol University of Special Modern Technologies. The research method is descriptive-correlational. In terms of purpose, this study is applied. The statistical population includes the employees of Amol University of Special Modern Technologies. Based on the Cochrane formula, 132 personnel were selected using the random sampling method. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire. The data was analyzed by the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the multiple stepwise regression method using the SPSS21 software. The findings showed that there is a relationship between knowledge sharing and organizational innovation orientation. Also, the regression analysis showed that sharing behavior, willingness to share knowledge, and control beliefs predict the organizational innovation of personnel.
