The rehabilitation includes three steps: continuous monitoring of the borrowers’ financial state by regional councils of directors and the court (or only by creditors); development and signing of rehabilitation plan and peaceful agreement; control over performance of the agreement by thedebtor. Anti-crisis management expert’s services may be helpful. |
