| Summary: | It is paid a lot of attention to the problem of mycobacteria tuberculosis sensitivity to antituberculosis drugs. The main problem is in multidrug-resistance. Micobacteria tuberculosis sensitivity to antituberculosis drugs was monitored, tuberculosis patients were observed during 2008-2010 years. Drug sensitivity of 2251 strain of mycobacteria tuberculosis that were isolated from just evaluated and previously treated patients was studied using the method of absolute concentration. There is an upward trend in total frequency of Mycobacterium tuberculosis resistance. The reason is the increasing of the multidrug-resistant strains detection rate. |
