Summary:In the this paper I will analize the 2011`s flexibilization of labor law in the theoretical framework of varieties of capitalism. The analysis will focus on 4 types of flexibilization: numerical flexibilization, salary flexibility, organizational flexibility and labor-time flexibility. The documents I will compare are the labor law from 2003 and the labor law from 2011. For both laws I have analyzed the same articles corresponding with every flexibilization type and I have identified if there existed any changes. The main idea was to identify if there were any changes in the model of market economy after flexibilization of labor law.
