| description | Religious coping is one of coping methods using religious aspects with significant impact in someone’s life which commonly used in various setting, one of them is industry. The type of religious coping in Islamic context is apart in 3 kinds, religious practice, negative feelings towards God, and benevolent reappraisal. Personality type is one of various factors to which religious coping type will be used. This research uses quantitative method with DISC instrument and IRCOPE scale that distributed to 100 moslem employees. From 100 employees, only 84 employees are valid in their DISC test. The result of this research showed that there are differences in uses of religious coping types but unsignificant because the value of Xcount> Xtable where Xcount is 11,68 and Xtable is 12,59. Moreover, the significant value from analyze result is 0,06 ( P > 0,05 ). This is showed that there are differences but meanless. |
