description The reason for poor compatibility and poor covulcanization of natural rubber and ethylene-propylene diene monomer was systematically summarized, and the technological development in blending modification of natural rubber/ethylene-propylene diene monomer blending rubber in recent years was comprehensively introduced from the perspective of the adjustment of the blending ratio of each raw rubber, the increase in compatibilizer dosage, the optimal selection of cross-linking agent, the improvement of blending process, and the che-mical modification and radiation vulcanization modification of raw rubber with 63 references. Finally, the future developing trend of blending modification of natural rubber/ethylene-propylene diene monomer was prospected.
