This paper will systematically review the research literature related to the retirement policy and the pension, then sort out the different theoretical views, the research methods and the logical background. Specifically, in this paper, we will discuss the necessity, feasibility and implementation path of the postponed retirement policy from the perspective of the sustainable development of the pension, aimed to clarifying the complex relationship between the postponed retirement policy and the pension, and clear the impact of postponed retirement policy on the potential benefits of stakeholders, which may provide the theoretical support for exploring the path choices that can help policy implement smoothly as soon as possible. |
