| description | This article presents the work about the development of an intervention proposal for supervised internship in Sports Psychology in the last year of undergraduate psychology. The objective of work is to investigate and intervene on the processes of interpersonal communication between athletes and between athletes and coaches, for the psychologists phenomenon of the dynamics of the sport in question and that can interfere with psychological condition of athletes and thus results in performance and their mental health. Throughdiscussion of a practice coupled with theory, the work illustrates the assessment and intervention in three athletes seeking the best performance from complaints of indiscipline, disinterest and lack of hard in practice appointed by the coach. |
