Description
Summary:In order to explore the resource utilization of expired traditional Chinese medicine, in this study, three traditional Chinese medicines, LQC, BLG and HXZ were used to evaluate their inhibition effects on clay expansion rate and corrosion inhibition rate in acid solution by weight loss method and linear expansion test. The corrosion inhibition results reveal that the highest corrosion inhibition rate of HXZ at 1000mg/L is 67.65% in 3.0% HCl solution. Linear expansion experiments show that LQC and BLG have stronger inhibition effect when 1.2% of them are added to the drilling fluid, which is better than 4.0% KCl generally used as a reference to bentonite expansion inhibitor. HXZ can decrease the tg obviously in drilling fluid, which means it has a potential use as lubricants in drilling fluid.
