description | The psychological status analysis by multifactor method of personality study (MMPI) was conducted among 65 TB patients with high (37) and low (28) compliance. The analysis revealed the influence of personal characteristics on adherence to treatment, what was predicted by the peak MMPI indicators on the 9-th “optimism” scale. Hence, the prospect for successful treatment outcomes is decreased due to low criticism, and tendency to anosognosia. |
