Summary:Lens-induced factors are important and common mechanisms causing acute elevation of intraocular pressure. While in most cases, the diagnosis and management are straight-forward, in others it is difficult and can lead to improper procedures, complications and poor visual outcomes. This review was done with the aim of studying the various types of lens-induced glaucomas, classifying them in an easy way to understand manner, their clinical features, current management and future possibilities.
