Thermal stability of copper clusters with the size of 100 — 150 atoms
In the framework of this paper we have studied the thermal stability of copper clusters in the range of 100 — 150 atoms. The size of the copper nanocluster is determined, which has the greatest thermal stability in the size range under consideration.
