Summary:Factors Associated to Electronic Banking Adoption in Mexico  This document aims to identify the factors associated with the adoption of electronic banking in Mexico, using the Information and Communication Technologies Survey from INEGI 2019; for which, a probabilistic Logit model and the supervised model of decision tree were used. Results from this research intend to provide inputs to develop public policy and financial inclusion strategies. Its limits include lost data from significant variables, as well as the non-availability of more specific characteristics of population. The original contribution is the in-depth use of learning tools in the adaption of electronic banking analysis for a developing economy. It was concluded that individuals with higher education level, frequent Internet users, from high socioeconomic strata and inhabitants of the most populated urban centers are who adopt electronic banking easily.
