biopsy and imaging investigations revealed multiple intra-abdominal cystic lymphangiomas involving the spleen, the liver and
the retro-peritoneum. Surgical excision including splenectomy, excision of retroperitoneal and mesenteric lesions was done. The
patient has been asymptomatic for 2 years on follow-up. |
