This new field cultivating social criticism via art is named “eco-art”. In fact, eco-art is an interdisciplinary domain emerging through the collaboration among art, science and technology, cultivating the analysis of artistic proposals that aim to respond, to activate the social need for involvement in the conservation and protection of the natural environment, as well as the way in which these types of visual art sensitize, communicate with the public. |
