Description
Summary:In view of the decline in enrollment in preparations for competitions in the cultural sector institutions, the problem is to determine how to address the public regarding its needs, the specificities of the sector, the engineering practices of the establishment that failed to contain these declines and finally considering the quality requirements. This contribution is dedicated to the presentation of the first results of a process of action research and training engineering applied to distance learning carried out as a pilot project at the Centre National d’Enseignement à Distance of Lille, France. We intend to present our epistemological approach along with the methodological setting of the pilot. The latter is managed in project mode to design training systems for the preparation of class A and B competitive examination in the cultural sector institutions. Thus, a task force collaboratively evaluates and builds the pedagogical tool within participative design thinking workshops using Agile.
