description Comparison of manufacturability for production articles made of stainless steel, titanium alloys, aluminum alloys in different joints of metal and composites is conducted. For manufacturing of micropins it is considered to apply such methods as mechanical and electromechanical milling, welding of pins to an article and tight fit insertion of pins to previously drilled holes. The manufacturability of metal joining “push-pin” and micro-pin elementsare estimated numerically. Recommendations for selection the most rational technologies for manufacturing metal articles for metal-composite joints are developed.
