Summary:The paper presents results of a development and an industrial implementation of a new method for measuring liquid (water) amount passing through measuring devices as a continuous flow by means of rotating blades. An algorithm of the device operation which serves as a basis for the method can be also used for designing devices for metering and control of gas consumption.The given method has its practical application in the electronic water meter developed at the «Elektronika» Plant of the RPC Integral.
