Description
Summary:During the kings of Majorca’s time there were important relations and cultural influences among the different territories of the crown: Majorca, Roussillon and Montpellier. The great beneficiary was the insular crown, especially in the artistic sphere with the arrival of sculptors and master builders from Roussillon, and in the academic world with the presence of islanders in the Montpellier University, although insular contributions to the rest of places also existed. These relations, in large measure, joined due to the reincorporation of the crown of Majorca to the Catalan-Aragonese crown.
