| Summary: | We have studied the clinical efficacy of Sulodexide in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 and coronary heart disease in the context of prevention of contrast-induced nephropathy (CIN). Inclusion of Sulodexide in the complex therapy of patients with coronary artery disease and type 2 diabetes requiring intervention measures creates the preconditions for reducing the incidence of CIN and prevention of kidney function, providing antiproteinuric effect, correcting lipid metabolism, blood coagulation system. |
