Summary:The authors have developed the algorithm to solve an inverse problem for the reduced reaction schemes which allows determining kinetic parameters of reaction schemes with smaller dimension preserving dynamics of concentration target substances. The mathematical model of the reduced scheme of α-methylstyrene dimerization was identified. Rate constants of stages and activation energy values were found for this model.
