| description | <p>El presente trabajo está dirigido al incremento de los niveles de producción y calidad, específicamente en la línea de<br />fabricación de cuchillas calzadas para torno en el centro fabril “Miguel Saavedra” HERRAMIX.<br />En este caso se realizó un análisis para la sustitución de las pastillas de soldar, fabricadas por CIME por nuevas<br />trimetálicas.<br />En el mismo se determinaron los tiempos de calentamiento necesarios para realizar la soldadura, en las máquinas de<br />inducción (TBCHE), así como los valores de resistencia al cizallamiento de los calzos una vez soldados.</p><p><br />Palabras claves: Cuchillas de punta, calzos metalo-ceramicos, placas trimetálicas</p><p>_____________________________________________________________________</p><p>Abstract:<br />The present work is directed to increase the production and quality levels of tipped single-point lathe tools at “Miguel<br />Saavedra” plant HERRAMIX.<br />This work deals with a study about the substitution of brazing-pads made by CIME for tri-metallic new ones.<br />The induction brazing heating time’s necessaries at induction machines (TBCHE) as well as shear-stress values at the tips after<br />welding are determined.</p><p><br />Key words: tip single point lathe tool, metal ceramic plate, trimetallic pads.</p> |
