Summary:Entering 21st century will mean more women in management, especially the top management This trend can not, of course, outflank any of the many activities, especially those which are market oriented. Women - managers are making the new ways of managing the companies without taking over the men’s skills, attitudes an habits. In such a way, they are showing that non - traditional ways of managing can be very successful in every business. Are we afraid of strong women? Is there the confusion in the men - women relation? Can women, the ‘second class’ citizen, be allowed to become the first - class managers? Who will allow them that? Stressed, confused men fully of prejudice and fears of strong women And many are activities where women - managers will very soon, prove their supremacy.
