| description | The relevance of the definition of neoliberalism is primarily related to the need of society to recognise national identity, create a competitive self-governing society based on the principles of equality and dignity. Liberal democracy is the most successful model in the state-building process, but at a time of flourishing corruption and uneven distribution of power, the so-called “liberal democracy” is facing a neoliberal crisis. At the present stage of the economy, numerous issues arise, among which the concentration of capital in natural oligopolies and corporate control become virtually unsolvable. The purpose of this study is to analyse the political prerequisites for the transformation of Ukrainian society, to determine the possibilities of transition from isolated monoliths of oligopolies to an eco-system of a modular economy based on small or medium-sized competitive flexible enterprises that are favourable for society. In accordance with this, a self-governing society is developing, which is capable of analysing the political and economic situation and benefit from globally available opportunities. This study uses analytical and historical methods that analyse the course of historical geopolitical events, namely the preconditions for the emergence of liberal democracy in Ukraine during the Soviet era. As a result, this paper provides the conceptual model of a self-regulating society and determines its main characteristics. The authors also considered the development vectors of the country's economy through the interrelation of business and education systems, which is a prerequisite for economic stability |
