Summary:Modern marketing system is responsible for the adaptation of the dynamics in the market and endless demand of consumers. To do so, companies benefit from different marketing instruments. Saleforce which is one of these instruments is especially important to the companies which is market their products by salespersons. A good performance of salespersons which is an important criteria for the companies should be provided.In thıs research which is carried out in marketing companies,the importance of saleforce and problems of salespersons which arise from uneffectiveness is examined and how all of these effect the satisfaction is analysed.
