description <p>This study is aimed to know whether or not there is a correlation between: 1) the interest to become a teacher by using the curriculum designed by his/her self, 2) the knowledge of the evaluation on the learning achievement based on the teacher’s designed curriculum; and 3) the interest to become a teacher and the knowledge of the evaluation on learning achievement as well as with the  quality of the curriculum designed by a teacher. The study was carried out at the primary schools in Eastern part of Jakarta during the semester 1 in 2012  to teachers of grade IV, V, and VI. The method used is survey, and its population are teachers of the primary schools in Duren Sawit Sub District within East Jakarta. The total number of sample is 75 persons based on multistage random sampling. The instrument used are questionnaire, items test, and the analysis guide of curriculum. The statistical analysis technique used   for this study were simple and ordinary regression and correlation in the level of significance  = 0,05. The result of the study is that there is a very significant and positive correlation between: (1) the interest to become a teacher with the quality of the curriculum made by him or her (r =0,704;  = 0,01); (2) the knowledge of the evaluation on learning achievement using curriculummade by the teacher him/her self (ry. = 0.709;  = 0,01); (3) The interest to become a teacherand the knowledge of the evaluation on learning achievement as well as with the quality of the curriculum made by the teacher him/her self (Ry.2 = 0.841;  = 0,01). The interest to become a teacher and the knowledge of the evaluation on learning achievement all together give effective contribution to the quality of the curriculum designed by the teacher him/her self 70.72%, while the other 29.28% are affected by other variable which was not included in this study.</p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p> </p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara: 1) minat terhadap profesi guru dengan kualitas kurikulum buatan guru; 2) pengetahuan tentang penilaian hasil belajar dengan kualitas kurikulum buatan guru, dan 3) minat terhadap profesi guru dan pengetahuan tentang penilaian hasil belajar secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas kurikulum buatan guru. Penelitian dilakukan di sekolah dasar wilayah Jakarta Timur, pada semester I tahun 2012 terhadap guru kelas IV, V, dan VI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Populasi terjangkau adalah guru sekolah dasar Kecamatan Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur. Jumlah sampel seluruhnya 75 orang yang diambil dengan teknik multistage random sampling. Minat terhadap profesi guru diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner, pengetahuan tentang penilaian hasil belajar menggunakan tes, dan kualitas kurikulum buatan guru menggunakan pedoman analisis kurikulum. Teknik analisis statistik menggunakan regresi dan korelasi sederhana serta jamak pada taraf signifikansi  = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara: 1) minat terhadap profesi guru dengan kualitas kurikulum buatan guru (ry.1=0,704; =0,01); 2) pengetahuan tentang penilaian hasil belajar dengan kualitas kurikulum buatan guru (ry.2=0.709;  = 0,01); dan 3) minat terhadap profesi guru dan pengetahuan tentang penilaian hasil belajar secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas kurikulum buatan guru (Ry.12=0.841; =0,01). Minat terhadap profesi guru dan pengetahuan tentang penilaian hasil belajar secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap kualitas kurikulum buatan guru sebesar 70.72%, sedangkan 29.28% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.</p>
