The present work has as objective leaving of the theoretical analysis of the Prospective, the business management and the Balanced Scorecard to provide a model for the strategic formulation that incorporates to the process of taking decisions the clairvoyance of the prospective that is summed up in the scenarios, with the design and control of the objectives for perspective, necessary premises for the elaboration of the strategic map that is offers the Balanced Scorecard.
