低共熔溶剂提取油茶籽壳中原花青素的工艺优化Optimization of extraction of procyanidins from oil-tea camellia seed shell with deep eutectic solvents

The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: with choline chloride-citric acid (molar ratio 1∶ 1) solution as extraction solvent, mass fraction of choline chloride-citric acid solution 80%, solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 25, extraction temperature 80 ℃, extraction time 40 min. Under these conditions, the yield of procyanidins was 5.26%.In conclusion, the procyanidins can be effectively extracted from oil-tea camellia seed shell with deep eutectic solvents.
