This paper aims to design a planar bowtie antenna that can operate on terrestrial television broadcasting frequency. Design of antennas using finite element simulation method. Based on the simulation result, the bandwitdh fraktional antenna for return loss value below -10 dB is 70,46% and fractionall bandwitdh antenna for VSWR below value 2 is 75,98. The middle frequency of the antenna is 589 MHz.
