| description | In the article the necessity of information and methodological tools in decision-making by local authorities to manage investment and innovation process in the region, which lie in the plane of the powers of the branches of government. Defined theoretical and methodological bases of formation and use of such tools. The authors proposed the methods of selection of innovation and investment projects that may receive financial support in the form of funding, partial recovery of interest on the loan, etc. For the selection of projects must first be evaluate it according to various criteria and assign a rank to each project. The methodology involves solving the problem of multi-criteria evaluation of projects. The solution is possible through the use project selection procedures, which was created with the aid of mathematical tools. Application of the method suggests the possibility of determining the alignment of interests of participants of innovation and investment process, using an approach based on the solution of the problem of motivational management. |
