Summary:Bus drivers represent a workplace that is one of the most risky for the health of employees, because of the many factors that affect them, and they come from both the working and the environment. The very nature of bus drivers working is such that it is difficult to influence these factors, duo to their demand for continuous work on one side and minimum allowed breaks during working hours on the other. This paper presents the results of the investigation of incidents that were conducted over bus drivers in JKP GSP Beograd. The results were especially highlighted by professional stress, whose causes were thoroughly analyzed using the ISHIKAWA diagram, as one of the models to graphically display the desired results, all with goal of preventing them in further effort.
