Summary:Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the services innovation and organizational growth components in Kermanshah Academic libraries. Method: The present study is descriptive-correlational, and has been conducted through a survey method. The statistical population of all librarians of Kermanshah Academic libraries is a total of 58 people. Since the research community was limited and available, the census method was used to collect data, of which 55 questionnaires were completed and analyzed. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics and were analyzed by SPSS software. Findings: The findings showed that innovation in services with an average of 3.40 and organizational development with an average of 3.13 in the academic libraries of Kermanshah is relatively favorable. Also, in this section, the highest frequency was related to the “relationship” component and the lowest one was related to the “reward” item. The significance level of the Pearson correlation test between two variables of innovation and organizational development is 0.002, which shows a positive and direct relation between these two variables. Conclusion: The results of the study showed that innovation in services is positively and directly related to organizational growth and development in Academic libraries. Therefore, attention to the components effective to the organizational growth (such as goal, rewards, relationships, useful mechanisms, and attitude ratio) and strengthening them provides a change in circumstances to increase librarians' innovation.
