| Summary: | The article aims to analyze the prospects for homoparental adoption in Ecuador. The relevance of the study is related to homoparentality, which is associated with values of a new era, diverse and inclusive; from the reconsideration of scientific positions that conjectured homosexuality as a disease or perversion in the legal academic debate, despite the recognition of different types of families. We worked methodologically with a documentary-bibliographic investigation under the techniques of legal analysis, based on documents and cases related to the topic raised. The results allow to focus all these aspects from the axiological values of Ecuador, stating human dignity as a superior good in guarantee constitutes. |
