Description
Summary:The progress made on the analysis of the structures by using non-linear theory and the significant findings on both theorical and empirical works, enable better understanding of the behaviours of structures under external loads. Determination of the failure load and designing the structures accordingly requires developments of analysis methods, which take both the non-linear behaviour of structural elements and the non-linear effects of geometric changes into consideration. Therefore, in this study, a FORTRAN code, which analyses structures and calculates the failure loads by considering the non-linear behaviour of materials under increasing loads (due to the non-linear relationship of stress-strain and moment-curvature) and second-order theory of structural systems is developed.
