description Even though there are coincidences between Kierkegaard and Wittgenstein's ideas towards ethics, their projects are not identical. The main purpose of this article is to highlight that Kierkegaard's conception of ethics has nothing to do with the early Wittgenstein's understanding of it. While in the Tractatus it is not possible to develop any "ethical theory", Kierkegaard allows us to discuss from an ethical point of view. Therefore, the relationship between indirect communication and the notion of "showing" does not represent an identity.
