Summary:The paper presents the issue of teaching Business Russian to Polish students with regard to the aspects of communication and pragmatics. In business communication, the activity (business) is considered a topic, and the communication partner is always a personality being important for another part. Teaching communication in business activity is impossible without the pragmatics, which shows how to run business correctly and to take part in real business communication from the point of social role-playing. Such strategies and tactics afford to achieve the desired effect. The aforementioned is shown on the basis of a role-play Job application.
