Simulation of internal water pressure loads for HPP penstock pipes under seismic impacts
The article provides an analysis of various methods for determining the increase in internal water pressure on the lining of penstock pipes of hydro power plants (HPP) under seismic impacts using static and dynamic theories. The main factors affecting the amplitude of vibration are analyzed.
