Summary:The problems human resources management organization, both in terms of epistemological as well as instrumental, sometimes generally analyzed in the context of a multi-dimensional. Differentiated approach to the identification of human resources management system, according to H. Bieniok, includes three basic aspects of the analysis: aspect of the process, illustrating the process (steps, elements, subsystems) of the process of human resource management; functional aspect, showing at least four main management functions, which include: planning, organizing, motivating and controlling; aspect of utility covering such areas of action in human resources management as: shaping the personnel policy (human resources), controlling personnel, labor costs. In the present publication it is shown a functional approach to human resources management system, referring to the praxeological interpretation activities organized. Because of the subject of this study included analysis procedures personal implemented within four classic management functions including among them: human resource planning; organizing and allocation of human resources; motivating personnel; controlling and evaluating employees.
